“We LOVED our ride with Gaucho Estate. We booked last minute and had very responsive correspondence over WhatsApp. Diego was clearly very proud of his horses and was telling us all about them. Most importantly for us, they catered to the riding capability of the group, and we were able to do some faster riding away from the main group with more spirited horses as we have riding experience. Those with less/no experience still seemed to have a safe, fun ride in the larger group. All the team were very friendly and helpful, with a great BBQ and gaucho style serenade at the end of the day. It was nice to get a little taste of the gaucho culture and the set up is very sociable for you and other guests. Exceeded our expectations!!”

“This was a highlight of my Mendoza trip. Despite the rain, Diego hosted an unforgettable day featuring a scenic horseback ride and a meal that rivaled Michelin-star restaurants. The welcoming atmosphere, filled with wine and music, made the entire experience seamless and special. I loved it so much I immediately had a friend book it for the next day—it’s an absolute must-do!”

“Gaucho Estate offers a magical, 10/10 experience just outside the city. The sunset ride features exceptionally well-cared-for horses, impressive even to an experienced rider. Between the delicious asado and live folk music by the fire under the stars, the atmosphere is truly unforgettable. The hosts’ genuine passion makes this worth every penny.”

“Amazing horseback riding experience!! The transportation was smooth, we went up to the estate and were greeted. We were shown the horses, had some practice and then got started. It was then followed by an asado (various meets – beef, pork, blood sausage) and wine (lots of it!) Lastly, we sat by the fire and heard some acoustic music while getting to know each other. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend. Diego was amazing!”

“Do not hesitate to book this excursion! If I were ever to return to Mendoza, it would be to do this all over again. The horses were well taken care of and easy to handle for all the first time riders. Our guides were incredibly hospitable and attentive to everyone, checking in throughout the ride. The food afterwards was delicious and listening to our guides play music around the campfire while we all drank wine was a great way to finish an unforgettable experience.”
